because we were tired of busy work.
LAZY is a process automation and ecommerce consulting firm for small to mid-size online brands. We exist to eliminate the manual, repetitive work that keeps operators stuck in their business instead of growing it.

Most ecommerce brands are run by smart people doing dumb work. Copy-pasting order data. Building the same report every Monday. Answering the same customer email for the hundredth time. We think that's a waste of talent. Our job is to make it stop.
What makes us different
We're operators, not consultants.
We've run ecommerce brands ourselves. We know what it feels like to be buried in ops work at 11pm. That context shapes everything we build.

We don't give you a deck and leave. We build the system, test it, document it, and make sure your team can run it without us.
No retainer traps.
We charge for outcomes, not hours. If you don't need us ongoing, we'll tell you. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary — and then be the first call when you need us again.
We're honest about what we can't do.
If your problem isn't one we can solve, we'll tell you that upfront. We'd rather lose a project than overpromise and underdeliver.
